The beddings (pillow, blankets, sheets and covers) are smelly and wet. A long pubic hair was there on my bed. I was attacked by fleas and bed bugs after staying there in Tyche

Booked our stay via Agoda and it did not disappoint. Check-in was a breeze and their staff was attentive to our inquiries. Their restaurant have a number of options for breakfast to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The hotel is within the proximity of the Ayala Mall and other shops. High regards to their customer service as they even accommodated my request on the the clothes I left behind. Highly recommended.

I understand that times are tough. I really do. That's no excuse for rooms with sheets that look like they haven't been changed, TV not working, air conditioning makes more racket than my son does, showers trust don't drain properly. I could actually go on. My problem is that the price versus what your getting is way off. I wouldn't want to pay more than 10 to 15 dollars for this place. Yet they are charging 35 to 50 dollars. Here in Legaspi you get way better hotels for that price. Oh they don't even have proper locks on the door for hotels.

no elevator. gave me menu for the free breakfast but only one thing was available. our room had no hot water.

Under the black light there were stains everywhere on the sheets. Not sure what it was...semen, blood, saliva, mold, etc. The employees couldn’t tell us. Their excuse was that they were laundry detergent stains and that these were old sheets. Not only that, when we asked for clean sheets they had “conveniently” ran out of clean sheets to replace the ones in our room because they were “fully” booked. What hotel does not have more sheets than their beds in case something happens???!! In addition, their shower water was scalding hot with no way to adjust the temperature. Therefore, no shower. Their included breakfast is definitely worth it, extra dry with a side of tasteless pork tapa. 0/10 would not stay here ever again or recommend to another tourist/traveller/friend.

Hotel room is clean, but it's small. Rooms are very small, no elevator. This boutique hotel may not be good for elders or senior citizens. Stairs may not be friendly to them. Set breakfast is provided free to stay-in guests, but it's not something you'll go back to. The idea of having this boutique hotel but only good for 'the younger' generations.
